The name Integrity reflects how we work and why the company was formed — being honest about what's required, clear about responsibility, and transparent about process, cost and risk. It's not a slogan. It's a standard we apply to every building we manage.
Property management is often made more complicated than it needs to be. Information shared late. Decisions left unexplained. Directors and leaseholders excluded from matters that directly affect their homes and finances.
We believe good management should reduce confusion, not add to it.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Integrity Management London was founded by Jessica Redwood, bringing twenty years of elite operational and private client experience into an industry that too often settles for less.
Before property, Jessica worked at the highest levels of private client management — supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, founders and private families across hedge funds, global fashion houses and complex international interests. At that level, organisation is non-negotiable, financial oversight is absolute, and there is no room for vagueness.
Those standards came with her into property. She built a London firm from 5 people to a team of 25 — then saw first-hand what this industry can look like at its worst. Client funds misused. Leaseholders left exposed. Directors kept in the dark.
Integrity was her answer to that.
Jessica remains closely involved in the day-to-day oversight of every building we manage. Clients always know what is happening, what it costs, and why.
